How Our Process Works

  1. Schedule Appointment: Forward any applicable documentation for example school reports, prior assessments, documentation.
  2. Pre Assessment: Complete questionnaires by following the provided links and submit for scoring.
  3. Meet With Dr. Nieuwenhuizen: 4-5 hours in person
  4. Feed Back: Once all data is collected an online feed back session will be scheduled (2weeks).
